When my daughter was about 4 months old I entered her. You can email your friends and family the link to their picture and everyone can vote once everyday! I didn't win...but I was super busy at the time and totally forgot to vote myself! But I did email friends at school and family and posted about it on MySpace and FB at the time to get the word out. So the more people you get to vote the greater your chances.
